In collaboration with the UC Davis Stores, we are now selling whole coffee beans roasted at the Coffee Center. Proceeds from sales of our two varieties — Aggie Blend and Aggie Bold — support student research in the Coffee Center.
UC Davis Aggie Blend
Aggie Blend is a mixture of high quality coffees from around the world that is expertly roasted by the students and staff at the UC Davis Coffee Center, the global leader in research and advanced education focused on coffee. This blend will taste great with milk and/or sugar or on its own! Great for cold brew as well.

UC Davis Aggie Bold
Aggie BOLD is Coffee Center's dark roasted coffee offering. Dark roasted coffee doesn't have to be charcoal water in a cup. It's expertly roasted by the students and staff at the UC Davis Coffee Center, the global leader in research and advanced education focused on coffee.
Compared to Aggie Blend, this coffee is fuller in body, more lingering in the finish. We highly recommend this for espresso, French Press or those who love cream and sugar in their coffee.
