A New Approach to Coffee Science

The Coffee Center is the first multidisciplinary university research center in the world devoted to post-harvest coffee studies. This collaboration will raise the global standards for how coffee is harvested, processed and stored. By applying a rigorous academic framework, our researchers will discover needed advancements in coffee science.

The Coffee Center is poised to do for coffee what UC Davis did for wine and beer: to become the leading source of scientific expertise in the study of coffee.
